1970 Dated 'Cobbe' Special Forces Jungle Jacket - Medium
Original US Military issue
100% cotton ripstop poplin
A 3rd pattern Tropical Combat Coat with a back yoke and straight cuffs.
Found as part of a larger grouping of uniforms. Displays originally applied insignia including a Special Forces SSI with Airborne tab, cotton subdued US Army branch tape, Asian-made name tape and a cotton Basic Parachutists Badge (Jump Wings) patch.
Dated 1970
Excellent condition with light signs of wear - There is one cracked button on the lower right pocket, and a missing button on the left cuff - two spare buttons will be supplied if you wish to replace them. All other buttons, fittings and fixtures are present. The contract label is present and legible. Some fading/discolouration is present. There is a small hole under the lower right pocket, near the contract label as shown (invisible when worn). There is a small amount of damage under the button on the left cuff, but it is mostly unnoticeable when the jacket is worn.
